High Roller Technologies, the Las Vegas-based online casino operator, has announced the commercial launch of ROLR, a real-money prediction markets platform for eligible customers across the United States. The company said the rollout took place on October 21, following an invitation-only testing period that began on September 15. It expects the new business to start producing revenue in the fourth quarter of 2026.

ROLR is available through desktop and mobile browsers, while dedicated iOS and Android apps are still awaiting approval. Users can trade contracts tied to real-world events, with categories including sports, politics, entertainment, finance and weather. Chief Executive Seth Young described the launch as an important step in the company's expansion and said the aim is to offer a simple user experience drawing on its background in real-money consumer platforms.

The structure relies on partners. ROLR is licensed under an exclusive technology licensing and development agreement with mrkts.com. High Roller operates the customer-facing application, while Crypto.com provides the core infrastructure and manages customer accounts through its regulated entities. ROLR US LLC, High Roller's subsidiary, is a member of the National Futures Association and a registered guarantor introducing broker. Crypto.com FCM holds customer accounts, and ROLR US LLC does not hold customer funds. The partnership with Crypto.com was first announced in April 2026.

Customer acquisition will be central to the strategy. High Roller is using marketing and distribution agreements with Lines.com, Forever Network and Leverage Game Media. Lines.com has more than 4 million social media followers, Forever Network generated over 20 billion impressions in 2025, and Leverage Game Media reaches more than one billion views a year. SpikeUp Media will support performance marketing and direct acquisition, and says it has helped partners attract more than one million depositing customers.

The company did not give a specific revenue forecast for ROLR, though management expects a contribution this quarter. Its results will depend in part on its ability to attract and retain customers and to manage acquisition costs. ROLR enters a crowded field in which Kalshi and Polymarket are prominent, and gambling operators such as DraftKings and Underdog have also been expanding their presence in prediction markets.
