Swiss Casinos announced on 13 October 2026 that it has completed the phased rollout of its ReelLink platform across all four of its land-based venues: Casino Zurich, Casino Zürichsee in Pfäffikon, Casino Winterthur and Casino St. Gallen. The platform currently runs on 24 machines, and a further 17 installations are planned before the end of 2026, which would bring the total to 41.

The rollout took place in two stages. ReelLink went live at Casino Winterthur and Casino Zürichsee in December 2025, and was extended to Casino Zurich and Casino St. Gallen in July 2026.

ReelLink separates game content from the physical slot cabinet. Certified online titles can be sent to approved machines within seconds and updated cabinet by cabinet, so a casino floor can be refreshed at a pace closer to that of an online lobby. According to the company, the platform connects to a casino's existing management system, leaving player tracking, accounting and regulatory reporting unchanged, and it supports standard peripherals such as LED panels, bill validators and TiTo systems. Operators can also draw on games from multiple online providers rather than a single manufacturer's catalogue, and the system records each title's performance in real time.

The platform was developed by Swiss Casinos Technology AG, a dedicated entity created to build and operate it. It has been certified for the Swiss land-based market by BMM Testlabs, and the developer holds ISO 27001 and ISO 14001 certifications. Swiss land-based casinos operate under a concession framework overseen by the Federal Gaming Board, the ESBK.

Marcel Tobler, CEO of Swiss Casinos AG, said that having ReelLink running at all four casinos shows the concept works in a live environment, and that the group wants to develop it internationally with game providers and other operators. Thomas Cavelti, Casino Director at Casino Zürichsee, said the system reduces the risk of committing to new hardware before knowing whether players will accept a game. Deborah Conte Santoro, Managing Director of ReelLink, described the product as a response to the content gap between online and land-based play.

The platform is commercially available to operators outside the group, but Swiss Casinos has not announced any specific international partnerships so far.
