Slot developer Blueprint Gaming has agreed a new content partnership with Supergroup in South Africa, extending its presence in a market where iGaming activity continues to gather pace.

Under the agreement, the studio's games will be offered through two Supergroup brands, Betway and Jackpotcity. Blueprint is known for titles built on well-known licensed properties, including Game of Thrones, as well as its Megaways and Cash Strikes series. The initial rollout concentrates on the studio's signature games, and further releases are planned over time as both companies build their local reach and audience.

The deal follows an earlier agreement Blueprint struck in South Africa with Hollywoodbets in the first quarter of 2026, meaning the supplier now has relationships with multiple prominent operators in the country.

Sam Haggblom, Blueprint Gaming's director of business development, said South Africa remains an important market as the company looks to build meaningful, long-term partnerships across the region. He said that working with key Supergroup brands such as Betway and Jackpotcity gives Blueprint a formidable platform to showcase the depth and diversity of its portfolio. Haggblom also argued that bringing the studio's branded content to the market offered a chance to strengthen its commercial reach and relationships as it seeks to consolidate and grow locally.

South Africa is described as one of the region's most lucrative markets and has repeatedly attracted the attention of iGaming stakeholders. Blueprint is not the only supplier competing for position there. Other studios, including Yggdrasil and Playson, have also pushed further into the region, bringing their own content to local players.
