ELA Games releases Odysseus Wild Journey, a 5x4 slot with Athena respins and Super Free Spins

ELA Games has released Odysseus Wild Journey, a slot that takes the story of Odysseus and sets it aboard a luxury leisure yacht rather than on a long mythical voyage. In the game's theme, Poseidon serves Aegean elixirs, and the design centres its mechanics on two characters: Odysseus and Athena. The title is listed as live now.

The game is played on a grid of five reels and four rows with 20 paylines. Its recorded or theoretical return to player is 94.04%, and its volatility is rated as mid. An auto-play function is available.

Athena's feature awards continuous respins until the player lands a win. Stacked Odysseus symbols, meanwhile, double payouts when they contribute to a winning combination. These two character-driven mechanics form the core of the base game.

Free Spins are unlocked by Ship Scatter symbols, with the number needed to trigger the round set out in the game rules. A higher-tier bonus, Super Free Spins, is activated when Odysseus and Athena land simultaneously. During that round a 3x multiplier applies.

The release adds to the steady flow of mythology-themed slots in the market, with ELA Games leaning on a lighter, comedic take on the classic tale. A demo version of the game is available through the studio's promotional channels.
