Pragmatic Play has released a new seasonal slot, Big Bass Splash Halloween 1000, adding another title to its Big Bass franchise ahead of Halloween. The company joins other iGaming suppliers in launching themed content for the season.

The game uses a 5x3 layout with 10 paylines. It has an RTP of 96.50% and medium volatility. Bets range from 0.10 to 250, and the maximum win is set at 20,000x the stake. The series' fisherman character appears dressed as a vampire, set against bats, coffins full of sweets, cursed fishing poles and haunted schools of fish.

The fisherman acts as the Wild symbol. During the Free Spins mode he can land on all reels and substitute for regular symbols. Fish act as Money symbols, carrying values of up to 1,000x, and their combined value can be awarded during the Free Spins bonus.

Landing three, four or five scatters triggers the bonus round with 10, 15 or 20 free spins respectively. If only two scatters land, there is a chance that a third will be added to the reels, which can still activate the feature.

Before the bonus starts, players choose from six pumpkin lanterns that can reveal up to five modifiers. More Fishermen makes Wilds more likely to appear, Start from Level 2 begins the round at the second level of the progressive feature, and More Fish increases the frequency of fish symbols. More Treats raises the chances of triggering the Trick or Treat, Spider or Bazooka spin features, while +2 Spins adds two extra spins.

During the Free Spins round, fisherman Wilds collect all fish Money symbols that land on the same spin. Every fourth Wild retriggers the feature with 10 additional free spins and an increasing win multiplier. Players can also land additional pumpkins during the feature, which trigger further modifiers.
