Pragmatic Play launches Sweet Bonanza POP with 25,000x maximum win on a compact 5x3 grid
Pragmatic Play has released Sweet Bonanza POP, a vertical, mobile-oriented spin-off of its Sweet Bonanza slot. It runs on a 5x3 grid with 97.05% RTP, medium volatility and a maximum win of 25,000x.
Pragmatic Play has unveiled Sweet Bonanza POP, a faster-paced version of one of its best-known slots. The game is the latest in the provider's "POP" line, which reworks established franchises into more compact formats. Despite a tighter grid, it offers a maximum win of up to 25,000x the stake.
The slot uses five rows and three reels, with scatter pays instead of traditional paylines. According to the published specifications, it has an RTP of 97.05%, medium volatility and a betting range from 0.10 to 250. Its vertical layout is designed to suit mobile devices as well as desktop play, and a Turbo Spin option is available for quicker rounds.
The game keeps the candy and fruit symbol set familiar from the original Sweet Bonanza. Matching five to nine symbols anywhere on the grid pays up to 50x. Winning symbols are then removed and replaced by new ones tumbling down, which allows several wins from a single spin.
The bonus round is triggered by three or more lollipop Scatter or POP symbols. It begins with 10 free spins, with five more added for each additional pair of scatters, or 10 more for another trio. If at least one POP symbol triggers the feature, players also receive an instant prize of up to 25,000x.
During the feature, candy ball Multiplier symbols can land with values between 2x and 1,000x. These multipliers stay on the grid until the tumble sequence finishes and then apply to the final win.
The release follows other recent franchise updates from Pragmatic Play. The studio recently launched Gates of Olympus POP, followed shortly afterwards by Gates of Olympus 2500. More recently, it also introduced Big Bass Splash Halloween 1000, a seasonal fishing-themed slot.
