Play'n GO has released Tower Run Treasure Steps, a new slot with a swords-and-sorcery theme. It follows Bob, a young peasant who wants to become a knight and climbs a tower filled with monsters such as goblins, witches, zombies and beholders. The game offers a maximum win of 30,000x the bet.

The slot uses a 5x5 grid with no paylines. Instead, it relies on a scatter mechanic: six or more matching Monster symbols, or seven or more matching Royal symbols, pay anywhere on the grid. A cascading mechanic removes winning symbols and replaces them with new ones, so a single spin can produce several wins. The game has an RTP of 96.2%, medium/high volatility and a bet range of 0.10 to 100.

The central feature is Bob's Ascent. A small screen shows the character's progress, and he moves between one and six steps with each spin. Every 18 steps he defeats a monster and earns a prize of between 0.2x and 10x. Bob's position is saved separately for each bet level, so changing the stake loads a different climb, and returning to a previous level lets the player resume where they left off.

Above the reels sits the Win-O-Meter of Destiny, which has nine charges and three powers. Each player win adds one charge. At three charges, Wild Rift awards up to four Wild symbols in empty positions once the current win clears. The Dimensional Multiplier adds one to four Wilds and a 5x global multiplier on every win in the next cascading sequence. If the meter skips Wild Rift and goes straight to this feature, two to eight Wilds are awarded instead.

At nine charges, players enter The Treasure Room, a 5x5 Hold & Spin round that starts with three spins on an empty grid. Coins and Mimic Chests stay in place and reset the spin counter, while Keys can open existing Mimics but do not stick. The round ends when spins run out or all 25 positions are filled with sticky symbols.

A Go Ultra option adds a permanent 2x global multiplier to base game grid wins and 5x to Dimensional Multiplier wins. If Bob enters The Treasure Room with Go Ultra active, he has four lives rather than three, and each reset restores all four.
