Super Group, the operator behind the Betway brand, has reported third-quarter results that put it within reach of its full-year 2025 profit. Profit for the nine months to 30 September 2026 was $350m, compared with $218m for the twelve months to 31 December 2025. The group cautioned that the two figures cannot be compared like-for-like.

When it published its FY25 results in February, Super Group reported profit before tax of $355m. The latest nine-month figure is $5m below that mark, and October-December trading would likely take the group past it. Q3 profit alone was $142m, up from $96m a year earlier, while Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter reached $165m, against $152m in Q3 2025.

Africa remained the strongest-growing region. Adjusted EBITDA from African markets rose to $88m from $72m, and revenue there climbed to $262m from $224m, making up 43% of group revenue. iGaming brought in $205m in Africa, up from $169m, while sportsbook revenue was $57m, compared with $55m in Q3 2025.

International revenue, reported separately, rose to $344m from $328m and accounts for 57% of the group total, down from 59% a year ago. International Adjusted EBITDA was $93m, up from $75m. Within that segment, iGaming revenue was $310m (Q3 2025: $290m) and sportsbook revenue was $33m (Q3 2025: $36m). By region, America generated $193m (up from $185m), Europe $115m (up from $108m) and the Rest of the World $36m (up from $34m).

For the full year, Super Group expects total revenue of between $2.5bn and $2.6bn and Adjusted EBITDA of between $700m and $720m. Chief Financial Officer Alinda van Wyk said the company holds more than $600m in cash and a robust balance sheet, and that the board has authorised a share repurchase program of up to $150m while keeping flexibility for organic and strategic investment. Chief Executive Neal Menashe said the underlying business remains strong.
