A player in Delaware has won a $1 million prize in the Monday Powerball drawing after matching all five white numbers. The ticket missed only the red Powerball, so the top prize was not claimed and the jackpot continues to grow.

The numbers drawn on November 2 were 7, 23, 29, 64 and 66, with a red Powerball of 23. The Power Play multiplier was 4x. The Delaware ticket was the only Match 5 winner in that draw.

The drawing also produced a group of winners in the third prize tier. In total, 19 players matched four white numbers plus the Powerball. Sixteen of them did not have Power Play active and received $50,000 each, while the three who had added the option received $200,000 each.

Had someone matched all six numbers, the jackpot would have stood at $804 million, or $344.6 million as a one-time lump sum. Because nobody did, the estimated top prize for the Wednesday drawing has risen to $835 million. The current estimate for the lump sum option is $357.9 million.

Powerball has produced a run of seven-figure prizes in recent days. The drawing on Saturday, October 31, awarded two Match 5 prizes of $1 million each. One went to a player in Georgia and the other to a customer in the UK, which adopted the Powerball game only recently. It is the latest seven-figure prize won in the UK.

Other recent big winners include a player in Florida and another in Georgia, who each won $1 million. Before that, the October 21 drawing had three Match 5 winners, two of whom took home $2 million each.
