S Gaming, a London-based B2B slot studio, said on 2 November 2026 that it has obtained a gambling software permit from the Swedish Gambling Authority, Spelinspektionen. The permit gives the studio the regulatory standing needed to supply its content to operators licensed in Sweden.

Under Sweden's supplier regime, in force since July 2023, any entity that manufactures, provides, installs or modifies gambling software used for online casino in the country must hold a software-supplier licence. The requirement applies regardless of where the company is established.

S Gaming was incorporated in April 2023 and already holds a UK Gambling Commission licence, under account 63599, as well as a Malta Gaming Authority recognition notice, RN/012/2024. The Swedish permit becomes its third regulated jurisdiction. The studio designs portrait-first, mobile-optimised slots and distributes them to operators in Great Britain and Malta-regulated markets, and now Swedish-regulated ones.

A selection of its titles, including Will it Ring?, Box Breaker, Spice is Right and Faithful Fortunes, will become available to Swedish players in the coming weeks. Further releases are planned from January 2027.

Charles Mott, CEO and co-founder of S Gaming, described Sweden as a sophisticated and competitive jurisdiction and said the achievement reflects the team's hard work and strengthens its foundation for continued growth across Europe and beyond.

The studio was supported through the application by compliance consultancy BetComply, which has guided several studios through the same permit in recent years, including Solidicon in June 2025. BetComply's Mike de Graaff said the S Gaming team had shown a clear commitment to compliance and quality throughout the process.

BetComply provides licensing, technical compliance, legal advisory and outsourcing support to iGaming operators and suppliers across several European jurisdictions. The case reflects a wider pattern of B2B slot studios seeking direct accreditation in Nordic markets, where suppliers must hold their own permit before serving licensed operators.
