GR8_TECH pilots white label sportsbook in Latin America, citing demand for managed services
GR8_TECH's Chief Sales Officer Yevhen Krazhan told SBC at SBC Summit 2026 that the supplier is piloting a white label sportsbook in Latin America and discussed its Jose Mourinho ambassador deal and emerging-market approach.
GR8_TECH is rolling out a new white label sportsbook solution, with Latin America chosen as the first region, according to Chief Sales Officer Yevhen Krazhan. He spoke to SBC at SBC Summit 2026 in Lisbon, where the iGaming supplier presented the product.
Krazhan said the company had concentrated mostly on turnkey and sports offerings over the past three years. It now sees strong demand for a more sophisticated platform that comes with greater operational support, such as managed services. He said the platform in Latin America has shown good conversion rates and good payback periods, with break-even points arriving sooner than the company's business cases had projected. Krazhan added that GR8_TECH intends to expand the white label offering to other regions after the pilot.
Latin America has been a major growth region for the supplier in recent years, which was one reason for choosing it, he explained. The region sits alongside Africa at the top of the list of emerging markets in the global industry. Krazhan described the company's approach as observing local customs and adapting its strategy accordingly. GR8_TECH has built an understanding of local payments, sports content, and casino and bonus gamification tools, he said. Success in such markets, in his view, combines good conversion with operational tools and high-volume games rather than a single specific technology. He suggested this could serve as a starting point to replicate in other macro-regions.
The interview also covered the company's brand ambassador, football manager Jose Mourinho, who joined in March as 'Chief Champion Officer'. Krazhan called him an ideal fit because he has trained champions and won multiple trophies, which matches the company's positioning as a 'platform for champions'. Krazhan has also interviewed Mourinho on his podcast, Bet It Drives.
The positioning carried over to the company's SBC Summit presence. Its stand was called the Champions Arena, an expansion of the earlier Champions Club with more open space. Krazhan said the stand has grown just as the brand and the company have. He added that the strategy centers on giving operators products that help them reach their goals efficiently, recognizing that not every operator has the largest budget and that quicker solutions can help them compete in their markets.
