DraftKings has reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $1,329 million, an increase of $185 million, or 16%, from $1,144 million in the same period of 2025. The company said the result reflected continued healthy customer engagement and a higher sportsbook net revenue margin.

User metrics also moved up. Monthly unique payers grew roughly 13% to 4.1 million, supported by retention and customer acquisition across the Sportsbook, iGaming and Predictions products. Average revenue per monthly unique payer was $109, a 3% rise on the prior year.

DraftKings updated its full-year 2026 outlook, now projecting revenue of $6.35-6.55 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $175-275 million. The company said the EBITDA range reflects higher investment in its Predictions and iGaming segments.

It also published its first guidance for 2027, expecting revenue of $7.35-7.75 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $800 million to $1 billion. Officials said the figures rest on forecasts of stronger core business revenue and adjusted EBITDA. Chief financial officer Alan Ellingson noted that the midpoint of the revenue range implies growth of 17% year on year.

Chief executive and co-founder Jason Robins described the quarter as a "pivotal moment" for the business, linking its growth to recent investment in Predictions. He said about 1.6 million people have engaged with the company's prediction market platform since the start of the year, while the core business remained strong.

In terms of footprint, DraftKings' mobile sports betting products are live in 27 US states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico, which the company says gives access to up to 53% of American adults. iGaming operates in five states, covering 11% of the US population. In Canada, its iGaming and sports betting products are offered in several provinces, reaching 51% of Canadian adults.
